What is Calanthe?
Calanthe is a private AI assistant from NxGen AI Labs. You get four models — Lite, Standard, Plus, and Pro — all in one workspace, with file uploads, web search, code execution, agents, and MCP integrations.
How is my data protected?
Your conversations are encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not use your conversation content to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any AI model. You can delete individual conversations or your entire history at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free tier is available forever with no credit card required. You only need to add a payment method if you choose to upgrade to a paid plan.
What's the difference between the four Calanthe models?
Calanthe Lite is fast for everyday questions. Standard handles balanced reasoning and coding. Plus offers deep analysis with a 1M-token context window. Pro is the maximum-capability tier with vision, agents, and the highest response priority. See the Platform page for details on each model.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from your account settings at any time. You retain access through the end of the billing period you've already paid for, after which your account reverts to the Free tier. See our Terms of Service.
What integrations does Calanthe support?
Calanthe works alongside the tools you already use. Advanced users on the Power plan can connect remote MCP servers, and bring-your-own-keys support is coming soon. See our full Integration Partners page for the current list — payment processors, identity providers, productivity apps, and more.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
Email support@calanthe.ai. Include steps to reproduce for bugs; for feature requests, what problem you're trying to solve. We read every email.
