How to generate Images

Just ask. On the Plus and Pro models, Calanthe creates images right in the conversation.

Who can generate images

Image generation is available on the Calanthe Plus and Calanthe Pro models, which means the Pro+ and Power plans. If you are on Free or Pro, upgrade to unlock it.

How it works

  1. Pick Calanthe Plus or Calanthe Pro in the model picker.
  2. Ask in plain language: "Draw a cat in a spacesuit", "Create a watercolor of the Palo Duro Canyon at sunset", "Make a minimalist logo concept for a coffee cart".
  3. She generates the image and it appears in the chat, usually with a short description of what she made.

There is no separate button or mode to find. Generation is part of the conversation, so you can refine the result by just replying: "Make it nighttime", "Try a wider shot", "Same scene but as a pencil sketch".

Tips for better prompts

  • Name the subject, style, and mood: "a lighthouse on a cliff, oil painting, stormy and dramatic" beats "a lighthouse".
  • Mention composition: close-up or wide shot, portrait or landscape orientation, where the subject sits in the frame.
  • Describe lighting: golden hour, neon, soft studio light. Lighting words change a lot.
  • Say "no text" if you want a clean image. Generated lettering can come out scrambled, so ask her to leave words out unless you need them.
  • Iterate: treat the first image as a draft and direct the changes in follow-up messages.

Where your images live

Generated images appear inline in the conversation. Click one to view it full size and download it. They are stored with the conversation, so they are there when you come back, and they are removed when you delete the conversation.

Limits

Image generation draws from the same monthly usage allowance as the rest of your plan, so there is no separate image quota to track. Generating images uses more of your allowance than plain text, so if you are doing a long iterative session, expect it to count meaningfully toward your month. See your plan's allowance on the pricing page.
