Your Account & billing

Plans, payments, passwords, two-factor authentication, and what happens to your data.

Plans & upgrading

  1. Compare what each plan includes on the pricing page.
  2. Go to your billing page (also reachable from the Upgrade option in your account menu).
  3. Pick a plan and choose monthly or annual billing (annual saves 15 to 17 percent).
  4. Complete the secure checkout. Your new plan takes effect immediately.

Managing your subscription

From the billing page, choose Manage billing to open your billing portal. There you can:

  • Update your payment method
  • Switch plans or switch between monthly and annual
  • View and download invoices
  • Cancel your subscription

Canceling stops future billing; your plan stays active through the end of the period you've already paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan. Subscription fees are non-refundable. See the Terms of Service for the full policy.

Changing your password

  1. Log out, then on the login page click Forgot password?
  2. Enter your account email. You'll receive a reset link.
  3. Follow the link and set your new password.

If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, there's no Calanthe password; your sign-in is managed by that provider's account security.

Two-factor authentication (2FA)

Add a second lock on your account:

  1. Click your avatar (bottom-left) and open Settings > Account.
  2. Enable Two-factor authentication.
  3. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (any standard one works) and enter the 6-digit code to confirm.
  4. Save your backup codes somewhere safe. They're your way in if you lose your phone.

From then on, signing in asks for a code from your app. You can regenerate backup codes or disable 2FA from the same screen.

Deleting your account

  1. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first from the billing portal (see above).
  2. Open Settings > Account and choose Delete account.
  3. Confirm. Deletion is permanent: your conversations, uploaded files, and memories are removed.

Your data

Your conversations are encrypted and are never used to train any AI model. Retention periods and the full data-handling story are in the Privacy Policy.
